Simon is a Partner within the Claimant Personal Injury team, with over 10 years experience. He deals with a range of claims including Road Traffic, Employers Liability, Industrial Injuries, and Public Liability Claims. Simon has had significant successes during his career and has helped numerous clients through to successful conclusions. He has experience of taking Claims up to and including trial in the High Court.
Simon case load includes many different injuries a lot of which are, complex and catastrophic in nature. He has a keen interest of dealing with cases where the Claimants have chronic pain symptoms including cases involving ‘Complex Regional Pain Syndrome’ (CRPS). He works closely with ‘Burning Nights’ a charity who provide support for CRPS sufferers.
In addition to his Personal Injury work Simon also undertakes cases involving Professional Negligence. Here he deals with Claims from former Personal Injury Claimants against their former Lawyers where there is evidence that conduct was negligent and led to a claim settling at undervalue or failing entirely. He also undertakes Clinical Negligence work for which he has a grounding in following his initial training.
Simon is an accredited Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). He once again also been named in the 2024 Legal 500 rankings which highlighted his Client focussed approach to Personal Injury claims.
