From 1st May 2026, we implemented a new leadership structure across AIIC Group, the holding company of Taylor Rose, FDR Law, Kingsley Wood and Sloth Move, to support the next stage of growth for both the Group and Taylor Rose.
For me personally, this marks one of the most significant moments in my time at Taylor Rose. After 16 years as CEO of the firm, I have stepped down to focus fully on leading AIIC Group. Taylor Rose has been a central part of my journey for many years, and I am incredibly proud of what the team has built together. The firm is in a very strong position, and this change is about ensuring it continues to thrive with dedicated leadership focused on its future.
While I am stepping away from the day-to-day leadership of Taylor Rose, I am not stepping away from the business fully. My focus will now be on ensuring the Group continues to invest in the platforms, people and technology that support the long-term success of all of our enterprises.
I am very pleased to see that my brother, Antony Jaggard has stepped into my role of CEO at Taylor Rose. Antony has played a significant role in the development of the business through his leadership and knowledge of our Consultants Programme, and he brings both deep understanding of the firm and a clear sense of what the next step is for Taylor Rose. I know the business is in excellent hands.
Alongside this, we have strengthened the wider Group structure through the creation of AIIC Group Services, bringing together key shared functions including technology and infrastructure. This will allow us to continue investing in the platforms that support our people and clients as we scale.
We have also made a number of senior appointments within Taylor Rose, including:
• Camille Bellchamber has joined the statutory board in recognition of her knowledge, commitment and contribution to the business.
• Lee Adams has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer, with an expanded remit covering both the employed lawyer’s division and the firm’s consultancy offering, building on his success leading the employed lawyers team.
Taylor Rose continues to go from strength to strength as a modern, national law firm. This next chapter is about building on that momentum, staying true to what makes us different, and continuing to evolve how legal services are delivered to our clients.
