Each quarter, colleagues have the opportunity to nominate peers for the Corporate Award, celebrating individuals who demonstrate outstanding dedication, innovation, and professionalism.

The Legal Directors Award is presented based on exceptional client feedback, carefully curated by our award-winning Client Care team. This award highlights team members who consistently deliver extraordinary client experiences.

For collective achievements, the Team Award recognises collaboration, performance, and shared success, celebrating teams whose combined efforts drive our firm forward.

Manjit has been awarded the Legal Director’s award for her outstanding feedback for her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise. Clients have praised her clarity, guidance, and proactive communication throughout complex lease extension processes, including transactions alongside property sales.

One client shared, “Manjit and the team around her were friendly, helpful, supportive and gave me excellent advice on the best way to proceed.” Her dedication to simplifying complex legal matters, keeping processes moving efficiently, and delivering excellent client experiences exemplifies the values celebrated by the Directors Award.

Senna has been awarded the Corporate Award for her outstanding dedication, adaptability and exceptional work ethic. Over the past few months, she has consistently gone above and beyond by successfully taking on the responsibilities of multiple roles (effectively performing the work of three people), while maintaining an exceptional standard of professionalism.

Despite the increased workload and competing priorities, Senna has delivered with efficiency, accuracy and a positive attitude. Her ability to prioritise, support the team under challenging circumstances, and remain resilient has been instrumental in keeping projects on track. Senna’s commitment, flexibility, and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable member of the marketing team and a clear example of the excellence the Corporate Award celebrates.

The Consultant Services team have been awarded the Team Award for their outstanding performance and dedication. The Acquisition team exceeded expectations having already made progress towards their 2025/2206 goals. They all have embraced new ideas and ways of working, strengthening the Consultant Programme’s productivity, with Dani Betts singled out for her exceptional success in exceeding her individual targets.

The Concierge team continues to support the onboarding of new consultants and manage rising numbers, with Charlotte Hedman not only leading the team but also driving additional projects to enhance the programme and add value to the consultant offering. Followed by Martin Steele in Consultant Marketing who works tirelessly to provide leads and support to both the internal team and consultants, enhancing branding and lead generation efforts.
