Q4 2025 Director Award Winners Announced!

That’s why we created the Director’s Award Programme, to honour those who exceed expectations and embody our commitment to providing smart, modern law.

Each quarter, colleagues have the opportunity to nominate peers for the Corporate Award, celebrating individuals who demonstrate outstanding dedication, innovation, and professionalism.

The Legal Director’s Award is presented based on exceptional client feedback, carefully curated by our Client Care team. This award highlights those who consistently deliver outstanding client experiences.

For collective achievements, the Team Award recognises collaboration, performance, and shared success, celebrating teams whose combined efforts drive our firm forward.

Together, these awards showcase the talent, teamwork, and client-focused values that define our firm.

Beverley Porter has been awarded the Legal Director’s Award for her outstanding client feedback, recognising her professionalism, responsiveness and dedication to delivering an exceptional conveyancing service.

Clients consistently praise Beverley’s clear communication, attention to detail and ability to provide reassurance throughout what can often be a complex and stressful process. One client shared that she was “incredibly supportive and responsive,” delivering a “very personal service”, while another highlighted that “things went so smoothly due to Bev’s tenacity and attention to detail.”

Her approachable manner, expertise and commitment to keeping clients fully informed at every stage have resulted in consistently excellent feedback, repeat instructions and strong recommendations. Beverley’s ability to go above and beyond for her clients truly reflects the values celebrated by the Directors Award.

Lon Fisher has been awarded the Corporate Award for his outstanding contribution to the successful rollout and adoption of Salesforce across the firm.

Lon has played a key role in setting up fee earners, configuring system data and supporting new users, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. His proactive support on internal channels has provided quick, clear and reliable guidance, significantly enhancing the experience for colleagues across the business.

By bringing valuable knowledge in-house and acting as a first line of support, Lon has reduced reliance on external partners while improving efficiency and adoption. His dedication, expertise and willingness to go above and beyond make him a clear example of the excellence the Corporate Award celebrates.

The Training Team have been awarded the Team Award for their outstanding dedication and collaborative effort during the Salesforce rollout and beyond.

Since August, the team has gone above and beyond to support colleagues across the business, working collaboratively with multiple departments to deliver effective training and ongoing assistance. Their commitment has included rescheduling personal leave to ensure continuous support, as well as delivering 1:1 session and producing clear, accessible training materials.

Their ability to simplify complex processes, alongside their continued work on MatterSphere training, compliance content and wider business support, has been instrumental in the success of the implementation. Their resilience, teamwork and proactive approach make them a truly deserving recipient of this award.
