The Role:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the wider later salesforce ecosystem.
  • Log, track, and verify defects in the issue-tracking system (e.g., Jira).
  • Perform regression, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing
  • Provide clear, timely test status reports and metrics to project teams and management with the support of the scrum masters.
  • Advocate for quality best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate release readiness reviews and support production deployments

The Person:

  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience in a Salesforce QA/Testing role
  • Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA/Confluence and Miro
  • Ability to define and deliver best practice testing plans
  • Ability to understand user requirements and processes and identify potential issues during testing
  • Confident in coordinating regression testing based on ecosystem software updates (core Salesforce and Managed packages)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
