Enterprise Release and Integrations Lead

This role involves but is not limited to:  

  • Own Platform wide Release Strategy and Governance, Define and maintain the release strategy/calendar for Salesforce changes (major releases, minor enhancements, hotfixes) across multiple scrum teams and implementation vendors.
  • Own cross-team and cross-vendor coordination for release planning, ensuring alignment between delivery teams and business priorities
  • Oversee Salesforce org strategy (sandboxes, scratch orgs, partial/full copies) to support development, testing and deployments between sandboxes, across multiple external vendors.
  • Define and enforce enterprise standards for CI/CD, deployment and test automation (e.g. Gearset, Git-based workflows), ensuring consistent use across vendors 
  • Validate dependencies and advocate for quality best practices and continuous improvement across multiple environments and vendors, for releases, deployments integrations and testing.
  • Accountable for release quality gates, ensuring all releases meet defined testing and readiness criteria (unit, integration, UAT, regression) before deployment.
  • Ensure Enterprise level alignment by collaborating with the wider Project and Change Pillar in the Salesforce COE and the Training team to Provide release notes, documentation, and change impact analysis to business users
  • Line Manage and Develop QA ‘s, ensure clear collaboration across business analysts, and developers to establish the overall testing framework for Salesforce changes across hybrid scrum teams and external partners 
  • Own and govern enterprise integration and data movement patterns across Salesforce, integration platforms and analytics tooling, ensuring consistent, secure and scalable data flows aligned to Customer 360 and enterprise reporting needs

Requirements:  

  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications 
  • Experience in a leadership role including release and environment management in complex Ecosystem at enterprise level
  • Experience in building/owning strategy for Release Management, Environment Management, Integration and Testing Strategy across multiple Saas and Data tools.
  • Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies 
  • Experience in a senior delivery role in a multiple company/cloud/vendor/scrum team environment 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and at all levels including C suite and with external vendors, ensuring clear processes and ways of working 
  • Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA/Confluence and Miro 
  • Ability to define and deliver best practice changes enterprise wide  
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
