Key Responsibilities:

Systems & Technical Training

  • Design, plan and deliver training for employees and consultants on all in-house systems, with a strong focus on the Salesforce case management system
  • Deliver structured onboarding training for new starters and refresher or development training for existing users
  • Assess individual and group training needs and adapt delivery accordingly
  • Provide follow-up and ad-hoc support to users to ensure confidence, accuracy and full system adoption
  • Maintain and update system training materials in line with system releases and enhancements

Digital Learning & Content Creation

  • Create engaging training materials aligned to company brand guidelines, using a variety of delivery methods
  • Develop step-by-step digital guides, job aids and user documentation
  • Create and maintain in-house training videos

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver remote training sessions using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration platforms
  • Communicate confidently with users at all levels, adapting pace and approach to suit the audience
  • Deliver soft-skills training sessions in collaboration with departments (e.g. communication, confidence, process adoption)
  • Ensure a positive learner experience through patience, flexibility and strong customer service

Learning & Development Collaboration

  • Work closely with the L&D Manager to design and develop content for management development programmes
  • Support departments with PDR-related training and coaching conversations
  • Work with stakeholders to explain and support the effective use of the Apprenticeship Levy
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and departmental leads to ensure training aligns with business priorities and change initiatives

Continuous Improvement & Engagement

  • Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Identify skills gaps, system adoption issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute ideas to enhance training methods, tools and learner engagement
  • Support a culture of continuous learning, innovation and collaboration

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong IT and digital skills, with advanced Microsoft Office capability
  • Confident and engaging trainer with experience delivering training remotely and in-person
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a people-focused, patient approach
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces
  • Comfortable working in a small team and managing multiple priorities

Desirable

  • Experience in a legal, professional services or regulated environment
  • CIPD Qualification or working towards the same 
  • Experience delivering systems or software training (Salesforce highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Slack and collaborative communication platforms
  • Experience creating training videos or digital learning content
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks or levy-funded programmes
  • Experience supporting business change or system implementations
