At Taylor Rose MW we believe in improving the customer journey. As part of this we are delighted to announce that we have partnered with SlothMove to create a smoother conveyancing journey for our clients.
Our property department deals with hundreds of enquiries a week regarding various transactions, whether residential or commercial. We are always looking at the next step in improving our clients journey, experience and satisfaction with us.
To do this we look at third party technology, teams within our business as well as other factors.
As part of the conveyancing journey, our clients are given log in details to software called Perfect Portal. This allows for all parties that are involved in the transaction (from instruction to completion) to receive automated updates.
With Perfect Portal, clients that may work night shifts or have a hectic lifestyle can receive updates when it is convenient to them.
We also have dedicated teams who provide a personalised touch and ensure our service is efficient to our client’s journey. One team in particular is our New Business team who ensure that our clients fully understand their estimate and support them with the completion of their documentation.
Our New Business Team ensure that are clients are at ease from the begging of their transaction so they can move on to the next step of their conveyancing journey.
