Q4 2022 Directors Awards Announced!

The Director’s Award Programme was launched in early 2021. The programme allows us to identify and reward outstanding work completed everyday by our personnel, this allows us to highlight members of the team who have gone above and beyond for their clients and promoted the firm’s philosophy of Smart Modern Law.
Each quarter, our personnel are asked to nominate their colleagues for a chance to be selected for the corporate award. In comparison to our legal directors’ award winner which is chosen through testimonials left on review platforms and direct client feedback which is compiled by our award-winning client care team. Each category is then deliberated and decided on by Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care and Adrian Jaggard, CEO.
Helen commented: “It’s great to be involved in such a fantastic programme which allows us to celebrate our staff across the firm for their hard work in a way that really allows them to shine. This programme has created both a motivational and unifying tool for colleagues to become a part of. It truly is something to look forward to each quarter from going through client feedback to reading nominations – it’s clear that so many of our colleagues work really hard to deliver exceptional client service.”

e to congratulate Aislinn Burton, Solicitor based in our Eastbourne office and Dawn Goodwin, Head of Post Completion based in our Peterborough Office on winning the fourth quarter directors award 2022.
Dawn received some fantastic feedback from her colleagues, as she always goes above and beyond to help with file queries, post completion assistance and has even been published by HM Land Registry.
She has grown to be on first name terms with some people at the Land Registry and works tirelessly to complete registrations on more than tricky files.
Aislinn who was awarded with the legal directors’ award as she received some positive feedback, after she was instructed on a serious care case. Aislinn organised a conference with counsel and after the meeting Counsel took time to share feedback on how
Aislinn’s work, and professionalism was amazing. From the way she managed the client and expectations to her diligence in preparing for the conference and detailed and careful advice, both written and oral that she gave the client.
Counsel echoed the excellent feedback that has been received from other professionals that have worked on cases with and against Aislinn and all have been really impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and ability.
