Q1 2023 Directors Awards Announced!

Our Director’s Award Programme, which was launched in early 2021 and was designed to recognise and acknowledge exceptional contributions made by our team members on a daily basis. This initiative enables us to shine a spotlight on individuals who have surpassed expectations for their clients, embodying our firm’s philosophy of Smart Modern Law.
Every quarter, our team has the opportunity to nominate their peers for consideration for coveted corporate award. This selection process differs from our legal directors’ award, which relies on testimonials from review platforms and direct client feedback meticulously gathered by our award-winning client care team. The final decision for both categories are thoughtfully deliberated upon by Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care and Adrian Jaggard, CEO.
Helen expressed her enthusiasm, saying: “Participating in this remarkable programme is a true delight as it provides us with an opportunity to honour and recognise the dedication of our staff throughout the entire firm. It allows them to showcase their achievements in a meaningful way, serving as both a source of motivation and a unifying force among colleagues.
The programme has become an eagerly anticipated event each quarter, encompassing the review of client feedback and the reading of nominations. It is evident that many of our colleagues exert tremendous effort to provide exceptional client service,” she continued.
We would like to congratulate Atshaam Saeed, Solicitor based in our Peterborough office and Hillary Soanes, Head of Legal Support Operations (LSO) based in our New Addington office on winning the first quarter director awards 2023.
Atshaam received positive feedback that emphasised his invaluable assistance, utmost professionalism, and friendly demeanour throughout the entire re-mortgaging process.
The feedback praised his prompt responses to client enquiries via email and phone calls, highlighting his patience, helpfulness, and remarkable efficiency.
Moreover, it was noted that Atshaam played a significant role in easing the moving process, providing exceptional support from beginning to end and alleviating the clients’ concerns. Based on this exceptional experience, Atshaam comes highly recommended by those that he has served.
Hilary won the corporate award after showing her dedication to delivering a superior level of service with the LSO, along with her continuous efforts to provide the utmost excellence, has earned her the legal award. 
She consistently encourages the utilisation of the centralised service and demonstrates a strong commitment to ensuring the provision of the finest service possible.
