Q2 2023 Directors Awards Announced!

Our Director’s Award Programme, initiated in early 2021 to acknowledge and commend outstanding contributions made by our team members on a daily basis, serves as a platform for highlighting individuals who consistently exceed client expectations and embody our firm’s smart modern law philosophy.
Every quarter, our personnel have the opportunity to nominate their peers for consideration for a prestigious corporate award. This selection process differs from our legal directors’ awards, which rely on testimonials from review platforms and direct client feedback meticulously collected by our award-winning client care team. The final decision for both categories are carefully deliberated upon by Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care and Adrian Jaggard, CEO.
Helen shared her excitement, stating: “Participating in this exceptional program is a genuine pleasure as it allows us to celebrate and acknowledge our staff’s commitment across the entire firm. It provides them with a meaningful platform to showcase their accomplishments, serving as both a source of motivation and a unifying factor among colleagues.
The programme has become a highly anticipated event each quarter, involving the review of client feedback and the consideration of nominations. It’s clear that many of our colleagues put in tremendous effort to deliver exceptional client service,” she added.
We would like to congratulate Paul Green, Solicitor based in our Bognor Regis Office and Jordan Hewitt, Business Analyst based in our Peterborough Office on winning the second quarter director awards 2023.
Paul who heads our Bognor Regis Residential Property team has earned praised for his outstanding collaborative abilities, helpfulness, and a knack for simplifying complex matters. His clients consistently express their comfort and satisfaction when working with Paul and his team.
Paul consistently receives excellent compliments from clients, including: “Paul and his team have just successfully completed the purchase of a property and re-mortgage on another property for us. He was recommended by a friend and I am glad we took up the advice. Both the purchase and mortgage should have been very simple, but in the end some unexpected legal issues occurred. Paul’s skills and expertise in property law were essential in getting them over the line quickly. He was always easily contactable and responsive, giving clear, practical advice when needed. Jordan is described as an outstanding professional to collaborate with. He is recognised for his focus, composure, readiness to assist, and extensive knowledge while evolving into a proficient project manager. 
His dedication to taking charge of tasks and seeing them through to completion is particularly praiseworthy. His professionalism shines, and his invaluable contributions to the LSO (Legal Support Operations Team) in terms of development and troubleshooting are unmatched.
