Q1 2025 Director Award Winners Announced!

The Director’s Award Programme was created to celebrate team members who consistently go above and beyond to exceed client expectations, reflecting our firm’s commitment to delivering smart, modern law.

Each quarter, colleagues are invited to nominate their peers for the esteemed Corporate Award. This is separate from the Legal Director’s Award, which is determined through carefully selected client testimonials by our award- winning Client Care department. We also have the Team Award which recognises collective achievement, celebrating the outstanding collaboration and performance of entire teams.

Final selections for all three award categories are made with care by Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care, together with Adrian Jaggard, CEO of Taylor Rose.

Each quarter, the programme brings together client feedback and colleague nominations, highlighting the exceptional commitment of colleagues who consistently provide outstanding customer service.

Alys Terebenec has been awarded the Legal Director Award for delivering outstanding client care and an exemplary conveyancing experience. Clients have consistently praised Alys for her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to simplify even the most complex aspects of the homebuying process.

Liz Gibson has been awarded the Corporate Director Award for her exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication to risk management at Taylor Rose. Since taking over the management of the data monitoring teams last year, Liz has played a pivotal role in refining reports and processes to mitigate risk within the post-completion department. Under her guidance, the department has become more streamlined and effective, an achievement that is instrumental to our Lender working relationships.

In addition to her role in data monitoring, Liz provides invaluable support across the business, offering her expertise on various risk tasks and guiding multiple departments. Liz’s dedication consistently goes above and beyond, embodying the values of Taylor Rose and making her a truly deserving recipient of this recognition.

The Finance Compliance Cashiers team has been awarded the Team Director Award for their professionalism, resilience and determination. Their determination as a team is commendable as they are key to ensuring we comply with our regulatory obligation. This well-deserved recognition highlights their unwavering commitment to excellence, the critical role they play in our firm and the positive impact of their work across the business.
