Taylor Rose Promotes New Head of Remortgage

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Vicki Maflin to Head of Remortgage.

Vicki will be responsible for strengthening our remortgage offering, expanding our portfolio of lender clients, increasing case volumes and profitability, and driving process improvements that support a streamlined customer journey.

Vicki joined Taylor Rose in 2005 and quickly established herself as a central figure in the remortgage department, strengthening operational standards and contributing significantly to the growth and modernisation of the firm’s volume remortgage offering, most recently as Remortgage Operations Manager.

With two decades of specialist experience in remortgages, Vicki has been central to the team’s growth, enabling the firm to build a modern, high-volume remortgage proposition aligned with our smart, modern law ethos. Among her achievements, Vicki launched and led the firm’s Remortgage Case Advisory team and helped scale the remortgage department to over 100 employees.

She was recently awarded the Team Champion Award for the remortgage department and completed the ILM Level 5 Inspirational Leadership Programme, underlining her commitment to professional development and building high-performing teams.
