We believe in simplicity and transparency. There are no hidden fees - our pricing is clear and straightforward. Whenever possible, we offer a fixed fee quote before starting any work. If a fixed fee isn’t feasible, we’ll work on an hourly rate and give you an estimate of the expected time involved, keeping you updated throughout the process.
The table below lists our normal fee ranges for the type of application, per person. The fee will vary depending on your advisor’s experience and location, the issues, urgencies and any complexities in your circumstances. Discounted rates can be offered for dependant applicants when applying together as a family.
Please contact us for a tailored quote.
Please note VAT is a government tax that we are required to charge, and will usually be added at 20% to our fees and disbursements, except where we indicate the disbursements are outside the scope of VAT.

We frequently offer tailored support to our clients. Often, a consultation or preliminary assessment is needed to help inform decisions, address contentious issues or develop a carefully timed plan. We aim to provide clients with the service they need without being too formal around scope.
For this sort of support and advice, or where it is not possible to determine how much work is going to be required, we charge on an hourly rate basis. We will let you know what to expect and keep you updated throughout our work with you.
Our hourly rates range from £300 - £500 per hour, plus VAT (where applicable). Disbursements are always additional.
Our team works efficiently and remains responsive throughout our engagement with you. We will start work as soon as our mandatory client onboarding process is complete.
The duration of consultations or assessments will depend on the volume of information and documentation we need to review, as well as the complexity of your circumstances and objectives. In most cases, consultations are concluded within a couple of weeks, although this timeline is largely influenced by you.
For specific applications, there is a preparation phase shaped by the availability of required documents and information, in addition to any external time constraints—such as submission windows or eligibility criteria. Translations, booking i.e. English language or Life in the UK tests, letters from Universities or employers, Certificate of Sponsorship allocations, etc, can all impact how long this phase takes. We can only submit when everything is ready.
Following online submission, processing times will not commence until biometrics have been provided (whether being reused or needing an appointment). UKVI standard processing times can vary from 15 working days to six months and beyond, depending on the type of application (please refer to the latest figures here and here). In some cases, priority processing services are available to expedite decisions at additional cost. It is important to note that UKVI does not guarantee any processing times and that applications which are identified as complex can take longer to receive a decision.
We usually begin by arranging a call at a time that suits you, so we can learn more about your background and goals.
If you're working with us on an hourly basis for a consultation or assessment, we’ll get started once we have the relevant information and documents requested.
When supporting you with a visa application, our work typically includes:
• Discussing your circumstances in detail to confirm whether this is the most suitable application for you, and exploring any alternative options that may be available
• Advising you on the relevant Immigration Rules and assessing whether you meet the criteria
• If there are areas where you don’t currently meet the requirements, we’ll advise whether these issues can be addressed and how
• Reviewing the documents you’ve provided to ensure they support your application, and helping you gather further evidence if needed (for example, medical records, or bank statements)
• Preparing the application itself and submitting it on your behalf, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and well-supported
• Helping you understand the expected costs and timelines, and arranging services such as biometrics appointments or priority processing where applicable
• If the Home Office requests an interview, we’ll give you clear advice about what to expect and discuss whether one of our team should attend with you
• Responding to straightforward queries from UKVI while your application is being processed
• Advising you on the outcome once a decision is made and guiding you through any next steps
• Keeping track of your visa expiry date and relevant deadlines going forward
Every application is different in its own way, and we are well-equipped to advise on any complication which arises. The most common complications are usually due to:
• Adverse criminal or immigration history
• Long periods of absence from the UK
• Failure to comply with existing or previous visa conditions, including overstaying
• UKVI concerns of your character
• Applications outside of the Immigration Rules or requiring an element of UKVI discretion
• Incomplete or missing documents or information for the application type
• Modern family structures or lack of official documentation for relevant relationships
• Time sensitive conflicting factors such as overseas travel, medical treatment, regulatory deadlines, or curtailment periods
• Unpaid NHS debt
• Previous immigration refusals, refusal of entry, or deportations
If we identify any complications which mean the way we prepare your application needs to be adjusted, we will let you know as soon as possible together with any change in the applicable fee (if not informed at the outset).
Most UK immigration or nationality applications will involve some additional third-party costs (known as disbursements) which you will be responsible for. These typically include:
• UK Government (UKVI) application fees – These are charged per applicant and are set by the Home Office. Fees can change, and you can check the most up-to-date list here.
• Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) – This is charged per applicant, per year of visa duration. The amount depends on the type of application, and some applicants may be exempt. More information can be found here.
These fees are usually paid in the local currency of the country where the application is submitted. As a result, the exact amount charged in GBP may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Other typical third-party costs may include translation services, English language tests, the Life in the UK Test, biometrics appointment fees, or priority processing options. We may not always be able to confirm the precise sum of these costs in advance. You will be required to pay the disbursements directly at the point of submission.
