Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Ownership

  • Execute the digital lead generation strategy aligned with firm-wide growth objectives.
  • Take ownership of the website as a revenue-generating asset.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Ensure a strong return on investment via digital channels 

Website Leadership & Optimisation

  • Lead ongoing website development and optimisation initiatives.
  • Improve user journeys and conversion pathways across all service lines.
  • Oversee UX improvements, landing page creation, and performance enhancements.
  • Work with developers and designers to deliver technical and functional improvements.
  • Ensure compliance, performance, and security standards are maintained.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • A clear focus on implementing a robust SEO strategy.
  • Lead technical, on-page, and content optimisation initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through keyword and competitor analysis.
  • Track rankings, traffic growth, and organic lead performance.

Paid Search & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads and related platforms).
  • Drive cost-efficient, high-quality lead acquisition.
  • Continuously test, refine, and improve campaign performance.
  • Oversee agency partners where applicable.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Analyse user behaviour and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing across landing pages and calls-to-action.
  • Optimise enquiry forms and lead capture mechanisms.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Own digital performance tracking (GA4, Search Console, CRM integration).
  • Provide regular, insight-led reporting on KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Use data to inform strategic decisions and future investment.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of increasing website enquiries and conversion rates.
  • Strong experience in SEO, PPC, CRO, and digital analytics.
  • Experience managing external agencies or digital suppliers.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Experience within a professional services environment (desirable).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
