Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Relationship Development:

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and introducer partners across the business 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all matters relating to client needs, concerns, and account performance 
  • Work closely with New Business Advisors, New Business Managers, and Team Leads to ensure effective delivery of Key Account SLAs and KPIs 
  • Liaise effectively between key accounts and fee earners to maximise productivity and increase pipeline turnover 
  • Attend regular meetings with key accounts, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships and provide ongoing support 
  • Deliver training, guidance, and support to introducers on processes, systems, and service standards 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each account, including structure, objectives, opportunities, and service expectations 
  • Build long-term, trusted partnerships that support sustainable business growth 

Commercial Performance & Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities to increase lead volumes, instructions, and revenue within existing accounts 
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting to identify successes, gaps, and areas for improvement across accounts 
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise opportunities and improve pipeline conversion 
  • Produce and deliver weekly and monthly account performance reports, including leads, instructions, pipeline activity, and opportunities 
  • Remain commercially focused at all times, ensuring consistent billings, accurate forecasting, and revenue growth across accounts 
  • Work towards and exceed quarterly targets, with commission payable upon achievement 

Service Delivery & Problem Resolution

  • Efficiently manage and resolve key account or client complaints in a professional and solutions-focused manner 
  • Ensure smooth communication and handovers between referral partners and conveyancing teams 
  • Support consistent SLA delivery and service excellence across all accounts 
  • Act as a proactive problem solver, identifying issues early and implementing effective resolutions 

About You

  • We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual who enjoys developing relationships, delivering results, and working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development role 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage panel or key account relationships at all levels 
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on targets, growth, and performance 
  • Strong conveyancing, property, or legal sector knowledge with the ability to allocate work effectively 
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail 
  • A confident and consultative communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach 
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a solutions-focused mindset 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
