Consultant Recruitment Executive

This role will involve but is not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming leads and conducting initial calls with candidates

  • Identifying and contacting potential candidates to develop a candidate talent pipeline

  • Progression, queries, and update calls with candidates

  • Record-keeping and completing department data reports

  • Following up with post-interview candidates by phone and email

  • Initial research on various projects working with senior management

  • Assisting senior management with meeting departmental KPIs

  • Assisting with consultant marketing and recruitment activities and projects

  • Answering queries from candidates, including questions specific to self-employed/consultancy legal careers

  • Proactively identifying and contacting potential legal candidates using existing legal recruitment

    networks and sourcing channels

  • Providing information to the onboarding consultant team and liaising with them

  • Joining the Head of Legal Recruitment in networking and at legal sector events

Qualification and Key Skills:

  • 360 Recruitment experience within Legal Sector/Professional Services preferred

  • Willingness to learn

  • Able to work as part of a team

  • Good interpersonal skills supporting Consultants

  • Excellent organisation

  • Confident and personable on the telephone and in meetings

  • Good problem solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the Consultant Services Team and other operational departments across the firm

  • Ability to work to deadlines, achieve results and prioritise

  • Ability to balance commercial interests with compliance requirements

  • Service and client experience centric

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Organised and self-motivated

  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
