COMMITTED TO REDUCING THE GENDER PAY GAP
The gender pay gap is defined as the difference between the mean or median hourly pay rate that female and male staff receive.
Taylor Rose remains committed to reducing the gender pay gap and despite not being required to publish our data this year (2020), due to our head count being under 250 employees, we have chosen to publish our data and demonstrate our commitment to achieving a reduction in our gender pay gap.
We are pleased that our second report is showing the progress that we are making in reducing the gap, and we have been able to report a reduction in our gender pay gap as well as an increase in our mean and median salaries.
As a business we will continue to review how we recruit, retain and promote females within the organisation as well as remaining an inclusive and supportive employer as part of our approach to smart, modern law.
