COMMITTED TO REDUCING THE GENDER PAY GAP

The gender pay gap is defined as the difference between the mean or median hourly pay rate that female and male staff receive.

Taylor Rose remains committed to reducing the gender pay gap and despite not being required to publish our data of the 5th April 2020, due to our headcount being under 250 employees, we have chosen to publish our data and demonstrate our commitment to achieving a reduction in our gender pay gap.

As a business, we will continue to review how we recruit, retain, and promote females within the organisation as well as remaining an inclusive and supportive employer as part of our approach to smart, modern law.

*Please note the below report does not include data from our recently acquired sister firm McMillan Williams Solicitors.
