The gender pay gap is defined as the difference between the mean or median hourly pay rate that female and male staff receive.
Taylor Rose MW remains committed to reducing the gender pay gap and has published our data of the 5th April 2022, with our headcount increasing to 499 from the previous year due to acquiring McMillan Williams Solicitors. We have chosen to publish our data and demonstrate our commitment to achieving a reduction in our gender pay gap.
As a business, we will continue to review how we recruit, retain and promote females within the organisation as well as remaining as inclusive and supportive employer as part of our approach to smart, modern law.
