Taylor Rose MW celebrated in The Legal 500 2023

We’re pleased to announce that Taylor Rose MW has achieved recognition in the 2023 Legal 500 publication.


The 2023 edition of The Legal 500 reviews the firms East Anglian Commercial Property practice area and the South-eastern Contentious Trust and Probate, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence for Claimant departments. It also reviews the London based Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury departments.

Our Commercial Property team, who are based in the firm’s Peterborough office have been recommended for the fifth year running. Both Navead Yousaf, Associate Solicitor and Nick Scutt, Partner have been recommended in band 3 for specialising in portfolio work and high-value transactions. Navead has been described as ‘very friendly, thorough and proactive.’

Neil Pota, Consultant Solicitor has also been named for assisting with all aspects of commercial property.

For the third year running, Sharon Bell, Partner and Head of Estate and Trust Disputes, who specialises in Contentious Probate matters has been described as ‘great in negotiation and strategically brilliant’. 

The department has been ranked in band 3 with other members of the team mentioned being Wendy Rixon, Associate FCILEx and Georgia Langston, Solicitor. Wendy was described as being ‘very experienced and gives wise, well considered advice. She gives great support to her clients.’

For the third year running our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence departments have been mentioned. With Joanna Bailey, Head of Personal Injury and Lauren Phillips, Head of Clinical Negligence being mentioned for their claimant- based work.

Our Clinical Negligence department has been ranked as a firm to watch in London and band 3 within the South East.  Other Key Lawyers mentioned are Jacqui Hayat, Partner and Nisha Sharma,Partner. Jacqui has been mention as a ‘clinical negligence specialist’ for handling cases related to child birth. With Nisha being mentioned for being ‘an excellent and dedicated solicitor in her field.’         

Lauren said: “ We are delighted that the clinical negligence team have been recognised yet again in the 2023 Legal 500 publication in both the South East and as a ‘Firm to Watch’ in London.”

Our Personal Injury department has been ranked in band 4 within London. Joanna has been mentioned for having ‘a strong reputation acting for claimants who have suffered serious brain injuries in road traffic accidents for their bereaved families’. With Caroline Kempster, being mentioned as Deputy Lead. Followed by Ian Latimer, Partner who has been mentioned for being ‘standout’ when acting on complex stress-at-work psychological injury claims.

Other key lawyers mentioned are Simon Rooney, Solicitor and Allen Myers,Litigation Executive.
