We are pleased to announce a series of strategic hires and internal promotions that support our firm’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional legal services across its core practice areas.
These include new appointments across our commercial and residential property teams as well as our entry into the business immigration market.
New Appointments
• Daniel Addrison joins as Partner in the Commercial Property team, bringing extensive experience in handling commercial property transactions. Previously a partner at Tollers in Stevenage, Daniel’s career spans over a decade in law after originally qualifying at Moon Bever (now Wedlake Bell). His focus will be on growing the team, supporting integration across our offices, and acting for developers and investors.
• Puja Dutta has been appointed Head of New Build and Shared Ownership, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the new build sector. A seasoned residential property solicitor with over 18 years of post-qualification experience, 10 of which have been at Partner level in her previous firms, Puja brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex transactions and delivering exceptional service to clients. In her new role, Puja will operate at Partner level focusing on building a robust and dynamic New Build team to enhance our market position in the New Build sector.
• Victoria Welsh joins as Partner and Head of Business Immigration, tasked with establishing a new business immigration team within the corporate commercial department. With over 13 years of experience in UK immigration law in a 23-year career to date, Victoria previously established the immigration department at Laytons LLP. Her team will provide comprehensive support to corporate and individual clients, focusing on sponsor licences, work visas, Home Office compliance, employee and family-related immigration matters.
Internal Promotions
• Meta Panchamia was promoted to Director of Dispute Resolution in April. With over 25 years of experience, Meta has built a strong reputation in commercial litigation and insolvency. She has led multi-jurisdictional cases across the US, United Arab Emirates, and India, and is also active in various group litigation cases. Meta is known for her strategic approach to litigation funding and her ability to simplify complex legal matters for clients.
• Patrick Ansell has been promoted to Legal Head of Litigation. Patrick joined Taylor Rose in 2015, became a Partner in 2018 and was the Head of Property Litigation between 2020 and May 2025. Patrick specialises in contentious property matters, professional negligence, debt recovery and breaches of contract.
• David Webb has been appointed Legal Head of Dispute Resolution (Injury). A solicitor since 2004, David brings over 20 years of experience in the credit hire and personal injury sectors acting for both Claimants and Defendants. David has dealt with claims of the most serious and complex nature including brain injury and loss of limbs. He also has a long history in dealing with sports injury claims and golfing injuries are of particular interest to him.
