We strive to implement appropriate processes and procedures that ensure ethical and responsible conduct across customers, suppliers, communities and employees.
We will communicate to and with stakeholders in a transparent and open manner.
ETHICAL CONDUCT ACROSS CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS, COMMUNITIES AND EMPLOYEES
We expect all directors, partners and employees to act responsibly and with integrity in an environment of mutual trust.
We recognise the importance of limiting our impact on the environment and actively participate in and promote effective methods to continually reduce all waste generated by the firm; recycle and reuse where possible; be energy efficient and reduce our CO2 footprint; avoid the use of harmful chemicals and gases. We regularly audit and review our processes as part of our continuous improvement programme to ensure we comply above and beyond environmental legislation and guidelines.
We regularly engage with employees on environmental issues and encourage employees to reduce their carbon emissions with our cycle to work scheme and secure cycle storage.
OUR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME ENSURES WE COMPLY ABOVE AND BEYOND ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION AND GUIDELINES
We aim to create sustainable relationships with suppliers and referrers who have ethics and environmental activities aligned with our own.
COMMUNITIES & CHARITIES
Our employees have a massive input into our fundraising and charity support, and therefore are instrumental in the charity selection process, which we do on an annual basis, at a local level.
One such charity is Little Miracles, who provide help for families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life limiting conditions. Our fundraising efforts ensure that Little Miracles can provide a much-needed place for children to play, laugh and create friendships whilst families are able to access the advice, support and care that they deserve.
