The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operational service delivery of specific council infrastructure and applications. It would be advantageous to know or have an idea of Mattersphere 3E (although training will be provided), BigHand and Windows systems.

Purpose: The function of the Conveyancing Fee Earner is to ensure that all property transactions are pro-actively managed from exchange to completion, maintaining strong client service levels and working relationships with referrers, when managing their own case load.

Purpose: The Legal Support Portal Administrator is responsible for the processing of LSO tickets and portal tasks to include proof of address, payment on account, verification of ID, signed T&C’s, to ensure sufficient client due diligence. This role plays a significant part in risk management within the firm. It includes liaising with clients and fee earners to successfully onboard clients.
Purpose: The Legal Support Secretarial Executive is responsible for the processing of LSO tickets, the delivery of legal support services and operational support to the fee earners across the business. Adhering to agreed service levels and reporting to the Head of Legal Support Operations on the delivery of the same. There is also a requirement to provide support and training to the portal and administration arm of the LSO when required.
Purpose: The Business Analyst will be responsible for working on complex assignments, conducting research, understanding issues and trends and provide key business insights to support the CEO’s and FD’s decision making.
Purpose: Helpdesk Support Assistants act as the first line of service to assist employees within Taylor Rose TTKW with any issues they may face using the online servers. They will also respond to Tickets logged on our helpdesk system.
Purpose: Help clients with the settlement and title transfer process by ensuring that their client is meeting all legal obligations and that their client’s rights are protected during the transaction. Advise clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process.
