The role of Marketing Manager will support the business in terms of its operations, projects and development, assisting the Directors in achieving business objectives with a smart modern marketing strategy.
This role involves but is not limited to:-
- Develop and executes the marketing strategy, communications plan and budget to support firm’s strategic vision and ambition
- Advise the Board on marketing communications, brand and reputation management
- Lead the firm’s digital strategy, delivering a comprehensive digital communications and social media plan in a creative and innovative manner
- Engage with senior stakeholders and colleagues to develop integrated communication campaigns to target audiences
- Ensure consistent brand presence and message across all marketing channels
- Monitor performance against objectives and demonstrate return on investment
- Review and understand insight and data to support the development of campaigns
- Manage and mentor the marketing team ensuring they adhere to strategy and act as brand ambassadors
- Collaborate with peer group and senior stakeholders to deliver M&A programme
- Manage the performance of third party suppliers ensuring they deliver against SLAs, maximising budgets without impacting on quality.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, communications best practices and trends in digital communications and social media.
- Develop policies and governance to deliver best practice
- Deliver all KPI’s to agreed targets, maximising optimum return for monetary spend invested whilst keeping detailed records to ensure budget is not exceeded.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, PR/Communications or equivalent qualifications.
- Worked within the legal and/or professional services sector in the marketing community
- Leadership within a marketing team, managing people and projects
- Experience with the creative process, branding, marketing, graphic design and copywriting
