COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT OPERATOR
This role involves but is not limited to:
- Operating switchboard to ensure that clients are transferred correctly and efficiently
- Providing an excellent and professional service to clients/third party callers
- Creating an exceptional first impression, often being the first point of contact for our business
- On occasion welcoming clients into reception, this will include:
- Accepting client documentation
- Certifying ID documents
- Processing client payments
- Meeting room diary management
- Providing refreshments for clients and meetings
- Receiving deliveries
- Covering holidays and sickness of team members and other operational departments such as Document Control.
Requirements:
- A professional, flexible and reliable attitude and approach
- Ability to answer a high level of telephone calls on a daily basis, with targets in place
- An eagerness to be helpful on every call taken
- Customer focus with a proactive “can do” attitude
- Strong communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels and across all departments
- Able to work within a team as well as independently
- Able to demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic and ability to problem solve
- Able to prioritise workload effectively
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft office, telephones and case management systems
