JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
The projects assigned to the Junior Project Manager will support business strategy and will be high profile. The role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the full scope as detailed in the project brief.
This role involves but is not limited to:
- Planning and Management of the end-to-end life cycle of projects
- Control and challenge project scope
- Facilitate Project Definition Workshops
- Produce Project Initiation Documents
- Project Administration including weekly highlight reports, minutes and Risk Register
- Identify project dependencies and risks ensuring they are identified and managed
- Investigate, escalate and ensure that all project issues are effectively resolved
- Manage communications to stakeholders
- Quality Management
- Effective resource scheduling
- Ensure seamless service transition including relevant, authorised documentation

Position requirements:
Essential:
- Case Management workflow/process redesign
- System performance enhancement
- Experience working on project delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Project Manager within a similar environment
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to take ownership of and progress issues to resolution
- Experience of implementing projects working across multiple business functions.
Desirable:
- Formal Project Management Methodology (i.e. PRINCE2)
- ITIL Foundation
- Agile
- Law firm experience
- Knowledge of IT platforms and applications
- Experience of running project teams
- Ability to work successfully on a hybrid basis
