HR MANAGER
This role involves but is not limited to:
Provide support and guidance in response to employee queries received within the HR Inbox – working within a 48 hour turnaround.
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by employees and HR administration.
Ensuring that personnel files and HR database are accurately maintained within current legislation.
Support the appraisal process and complete all PDR’s as part of the HR team.
Ensuring payroll information is accurate and available within monthly deadlines for payroll processing.
Ensuring effective record keeping of training information and costs within HR database.
Conducting investigations /disciplinary meetings in line with current policies.
Providing effective and accurate advice on employee relations matters.
Liaise with the Senior HR Manager and HR Advisor to support HOD’s and line managers with HR business decisions providing solutions and possible scenarios.
Providing support to HOD’s and line managers with onboarding new starters & probation process
Develop training/coaching for line managers to enable them to effectively use policies and procedures in relation to HR matters confidently.
Managing the termination process and ensuring the safe return of company assets
Working with HR Director, Senior HR Manager & HR Advisor to effectively deliver redundancy/restructure programmes.
Requirements:
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or 7)
Self-motivated with a collaborative approach
Ability to influence and drive mind-set change at all levels
Strong leadership and relationship building skills
