As a Trainee Case Handler, you will report directly to the Re-mortgage Team Manager and work alongside Case Handlers to offer you guidance and support. The Bishops Stortford office is a hub of activity for our Re-mortgage team. You will be at the forefront of our business. On a daily basis you will be advising clients and managing caseloads to ensure our clients receive an exceptional level of service. Having the ability to prioritise effectively and having an excellent eye for detail are key skills for this role. The team operates in a fast pace, target driven, environment. The role will include:-
- Inputting data accurately and processing legal documentation
- Organising and prioritising individual case loads in order to meet the firms and industry targets
- Responding to client enquiries
- Processing all data and information in accordance with the firms confidentially procedures and data protection requirements
You will be a customer focused individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. You must be able to use your initiative, work independently as well as part of a team, be highly organised and enjoy working to deadlines. You will be computer literate and able to effectively and professionally communicate via telephone and email.
It is essential that the candidate has the ability to manage a demanding workload with varying deadlines as this is as a fast paced environment where time is of the essence!
