Corporate Q1 2020 Star Award Winner James Warner

Tue 21 April 2020 Corporate Q1 2020 Star Award Winner James Warner

Congratulations to James Warner our quarter 1 2020 Corporate Star Award winner. James said 'I felt surprised and it was truly unexpected when I was announced as the winner'.

James is a legal cashier in the accounts department based in our Bishop's Stortford office. He joined Breeze and Wyles in 2014/2015 prior to the merger with Taylor Rose TTKW in September 2018.  James deals with the day to day running of the accounts in our Bishop's Stortford and Hertford Office.

James' role involves interacting with multiple departments which the element he enjoys most. Although one of his biggest challenges is work queries can be sent to him at any time meaning he has to be highly organised and ready to deal with tasks in a short timescale, normally one working day. Hence why his one top tip is to 'communicate with colleagues on a daily basis'. James is able to deliver consistency and maintains excellent attention to detail in this fast pace working environment. James said, 'the best part about working at Taylor Rose TTKW is being able to work with my colleagues and the 'teamwork' spirit'.

James finished off by saying, 'Taylor Rose TTKW has helped me to develop personally, by allowing me to use my previous experience from other work sectors within this role. It has enabled me to look to the future and push my development in this line of work.'

More about James

James was born in Harlow, Essex and he enjoys a variety of sports, socialising with friends and gaming. His favourite travel destination is America - 'my family lived there for 3 to 4 years so its nice to go back and relive memories'.

James enjoys action films and crime novels when he's not at work. He is currently watching all ten series of Spooks during the lockdown. The most important people in James' life are his partner Charlotte, (and of course their animals) and his brother Edward. James knows they would both agree with him when he says his guilty pleasure is sugar.
