His performance has been consistently described as exceptional in his role, characterised by his unwavering commitment to listening attentively and taking full ownership of his tasks, ensuring their successful completion. Furthermore, his capabilities as a project manager have been emerging, signifying a bright future in this aspect of his career.

ABOUT JORDAN'S CAREER AT TAYLOR ROSE MW

Jordan joined Taylor Rose MW on September 13th, 2021, marking just over two years of invaluable contributions to our team. What Jordan cherishes most about his role is its incredible variety. From testing cutting-edge legal technology to designing user interfaces for MatterSphere customisations and providing technological solutions to colleagues, each day brings something new and exciting, which he absolutely loves.

Jordan also acknowledges the challenges that come with this role. The high level of personal organisation required is one of them. To overcome this challenge, he consistently prioritises his projects and workload, ensuring he always delivers his best.

Jordan attributes much of his success to the exceptional team he works with. Their unwavering dedication, intelligence, and motivation inspire him to excel every day. When asked for a piece of advice to share with colleagues, Jordan suggests always looking at the glass as half full.

Taylor Rose MW has played a pivotal role in Jordan's personal and career development as a business analyst. Jordan mentions that the firm has been incredibly supportive, providing opportunities for BA certifications and mentorship from experienced colleagues like Paul Rook, Mike Vaughan, Ashley Wright, Bryan Kelly, and Guy Cutler. Their guidance has significantly contributed to Jordan's growth in this role.

ABOUT JORDAN OUTSIDE OF WORK

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys a range of activities. He was born in Huntingdon and holds his family and friends, including his mother, father, and girlfriend, dear to his heart. In his younger days, he used to get paid to travel the world to compete in Call of Duty tournaments—a fun fact he's happy to share.

His interests span going to the gym, gaming, playing chess, traveling, and cooking (especially his top-tier steaks). And when it comes to guilty pleasures, Jordan confesses to a penchant for watching documentaries on a wide range of topics.

In terms of favourites:

Book: "The Fiat Standard" by Saifedean Ammous

Music: Jordan is open to listening to anything except heavy metal.

Film/TV Show: He finds it hard to pick a single favourite film, but he enjoys a variety. As for TV shows, "Peaky Blinders" is a top choice.

Travel Destination: Jordan's dream travel destination is Las Vegas.
