Corporate & Commercial Team appoints Stephanie Creasey LLB Hons

Associate Solicitor Stephanie Creasey has been appointed to the expanding Corporate & Commercial team at Taylor Rose. Stephanie, based at the firm’s Peterborough office, provides advice on a range of corporate & commercial matters including incorporation and start up advice, as well as assisting clients with projects to grow their businesses. Her experience includes providing advice to directors on their duties, mergers, sales and acquisitions and preparing shareholder and partnership agreements.

Stephanie acts on behalf of a wide range of organisations including charities, sole traders, partnerships and SMEs in the UK to large pan-European and global companies on cross-border transactions linked to expansion and growth.

She provides expert advice on acquisitions and disposals of both shares and assets, acting on behalf of key shareholders seeking to exit their business, joint ventures, group restructuring and re-organisation projects through to dealing non-transactional business affairs such as advising on contracts, drafting terms of business, licensing of intellectual property rights, trademark registrations and corporate governance issues.  Stephanie also has experience of working on corporate finance transactions advising companies seeking to raise funds through additional external investment or carrying re-financing projects, assisting clients with taking/giving security for commercial loans and has acted for several major financial institutions.
