Christopher Kinley

Christopher is a Consultant to us, a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales who advises clients on all types of immigration, corporate and probate client matters. Christopher is also qualified as an Advocate and Notary Public in the Isle of Man and as a Solicitor in both Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Christopher speaks Russian and English, and has a vast experience of working with international clients and with documents in a variety of languages.

Christopher has many years’ experience working in the legal sector in a major British international finance centre, specialising in corporate and asset finance transactions, including the acquisition, registration and disposal of high-value assets including ships and aircraft.

Christopher worked for several years in the law firm of a major South African professional services organisation, working as correspondent counsel alongside many of Africa’s leading law firms and banks.

In recent years, Christopher has focused upon immigration and nationality matters, specialising in entrepreneur and innovator migration, as well as advising businesses relocating executives and corporate teams. He advises upon British nationality matters, including complex matters involving discretionary registration.

Christopher continues to advise on private client matters including wills, powers of attorney and trusts, including legal issues with discretionary trusts, with a clear focus on internationally mobile families and their succession planning.
