After gaining a 2:1 in Law from Buckingham University Emily went on to study her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London and qualified as a Solicitor in 2017. She has gained a wealth of varied experience from having worked in a top tier firm private client department since 2013.
Emily undertakes all aspects of non-contentious private client work including drafting wills, probate applications, estate administration, powers of attorney and declarations of trust. Emily also has experience of deputyship applications and the ongoing management of these matters.
Emily prides herself on her down to earth, approachable and empathetic style with clients and always strives to deliver practical advice in a way, place and manner tailored to the individual to provide the highest level of client care.
