Prior to joining MW Solicitors (latterly Taylor Rose MW), Josh acted solely for Housing Associations/Registered Providers in dealing with Shared Ownership and New Build Properties. Josh also has extensive experience in Site Acquisitions, Private Sales, Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation.
Josh has now moved on from Fee Earning to become a Professional Support Lawyer in which his responsibilities include, but not limited to, updating the firm’s precedent documentation, assisting Fee Earners and Consultants with file queries, conducting both online and classroom based training (Case Management and Compliance) and assisting with client queries raised with regard property transactions.
