Paulette is a qualified solicitor with nearly 24 years of post-qualification experience.
During her career, she has specialised in most areas of personal injury, including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, accidents abroad, industrial disease, noise-induced hearing loss, and fatal injuries. Her experience also extends to clinical negligence, professional negligence, and civil litigation. More recently, Paulette has undertaken work advising in relation to IR35 commercial contracts.
Paulette has held management positions throughout her career, including heading her own legal departments. Her responsibilities included the training and development of qualified staff.
She has recently moved to a rural area in Lincolnshire, where she enjoys country life in her free time.
