Romesh is a member of our Commercial and Residential Property Teams, handling property acquisition, disposal and development transactions. In addition to secured lending transactions in prime central London and the home countries, Romesh’s clients range from first time buyers to domestic, overseas and off-shore investors. Romesh also specialises in Sharia compliant lending structures, for Middle Eastern clients. He has a reputation for his practical and commercial approach and specialises in time critical exchanges and completions.
