Stephanie works in our corporate team and has over 10 years' experience in transactional and non-transactional corporate commercial work.
Her experience focuses on company acquisitions, disposals, mergers, management buy outs as well as restructuring, corporate finance, shareholder rights, convertible loan notes, general commercial advice and drafting such as commercial agreements including share purchase agreements and joint venture agreements. Stephanie has a particular specialism in acting for banks, financial institutions and private investors on secured lending transactions.
Having worked in this area since she qualified, Stephanie has worked with businesses and organisations of all types and sizes across a range of industry sectors. Clients regularly comment on her proactive approach to handling their matters and clear communication to keep them up to date with progress. This has also earned her a place on the Bridging and Commercial Power List 2023.
Stephanie qualified in 2012 after gaining a degree in Law and European Legal Studies from the University of Reading. She completed her training contract at a Legal 500 firm and worked in Sussex before joining our firm in 2018. She became a partner in 2020.
Outside of the office, Stephanie is currently co-Vice Chair of the Inspiring Women's Committee for the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce, working to raise the profile of and support women in business in the wider Cambridgeshire area.
