Katie Higgins is a Client Care Co-ordinator based in our Peterborough office. She has recently been rewarded with our Q3 Corporate Director’s Award.

As a Client Care Co-ordinator at Taylor Rose MW, Katie's role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction. She investigates and resolves client complaints, and coordinates actions based on feedback and surveys to improve the client experience.

Katie fell into her current role because of her passion for helping and building relationships with people around her. She has been working at the firm for three years and is dedicated to always doing a good job. Katie is also dedicated to improving how she works with clients.

Q: How do you handle challenging situations or high-pressure moments?

A: In the face of challenging situations and high-pressure moments, Katie remains calm and collected. Taking a deep breath, she can analyse all available facts and considers various perspectives to provide a clear and positive path forward.

For Katie, honesty and treating others as she would like to be treated form the key to her success.

Outside of her professional life, Katie's world revolves around her 5-year-old son. Family walks, swimming, and indulging in a shared love for Disney movies are her go-to activities.

In her pursuit of a healthy work-life balance, Katie emphasises the importance of stepping away from screens. Being outdoors, especially with family, serves as an escape from the demands of professional life.

Even the most dedicated professionals have their guilty pleasures. For Katie, it's reality TV— which offer an escape from the realities of her day-to-day role as a devoted mother and professional.
