Congratulations to Joseph Johnson, our Corporate Client Experience Champion STAR
Joseph has been with the Peterborough IT team since March of this year and was nominated by several people for his polite, positive attitude and going above and beyond to help people. Specifically, Joseph played a key part in the team by helping with the introduction of the new telephony system and supporting client facing staff during implementation.
Feedback from the nominees said that “he was always on hand to ensure that any issues were resolved immediately, so that clients were not negatively impacted by the new system” and “whether it’s the telephony systems or a printer that needs fixing, Joseph understands the urgent need to get things back on track so that staff can deliver excellent service to clients. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, no matter how busy he is.”
Taylor Rose TTKW introduced The Star Awards at the beginning of 2018 to celebrate delivering excellent customer experience. The annual programme rewards both Legal and Corporate colleagues on a quarterly basis. Our Legal Champion is selected from Lawyers and Executives who have had the best feedback from client satisfaction surveys, client compliments, referrers and online reviews.
