Congratulations to Sandra Brown, our Corporate Client Experience Champion STAR.
Sandra is a secretary in our Holborn office, and worked for (the former) Rollingsons from day one when Greg Rollingson set up the firm in 1996. Now, as part of Taylor Rose, her colleagues have nominated Sandra recognising her experience and efficiency, and her tireless commitment to helping clients when solicitors are unavailable. Sandra is always cheerful and, as Greg commented, ‘she is a salt of the earth East End girl’ who will always go the extra mile to help and will always stay late if needed.
Taylor Rose introduced The Star Awards at the beginning of 2018 to celebrate delivering excellent customer experience. The annual programme rewards both Legal and Corporate colleagues on a quarterly basis. Our Legal Champion is selected from Lawyers and Executives who have had the best feedback from client satisfaction surveys, client compliments, referrers and online reviews.
Taylor Rose offers legal services from offices including London, Lichfield, Liverpool, Manchester, Northampton, Peterborough, Workington, Hertford, Enfield and Bishops Stortford.
