Q1 2019 STAR Awards Announced

Here at Taylor Rose TTKW we want to ensure members of our team are recognised for their successes so we're delighted to announce that winners have been chosen for the Q1 2019 Star Awards, the winners for this quarter are as follows:-

Mark was chosen for the Legal Star award as received multiple great comments in relation to his service to clients. His clients said that they were delighted with his service and that they felt he had a really positive attitude, extremely professional and they felt he was well versed in a range of complex issues. The clients also felt well informed during their matter and would not hesitate in recommending him. One client also felt that despite fighting years on a particular claim that had had little prospect of compensation we had managed a successful conclusion. The points mentioned by these clients show the skills and service that we really strive to provide and it's fantastic to hear how happy these clients were. Thank you Mark, this is great feedback! It is important to recognised that we received lots of good feedback from clients which were collected and counted towards the Legal Star Awards for this quarter, thank you to everyone who contributed towards this, it’s good to hear so many positive comments.

Paul was chosen for the Corporate Star Award for this quarter and was nominated by colleagues because he always goes the extra mile to assist, in a polite, calm and helpful manner. I’m sure that anyone who interacts with Paul would agree with those comments, Paul is a real team player and an asset to our company – thank you Paul for all your hard work and continued dedication, you are a great role model and we appreciate everything you do for the company. Taylor Rose TTKW introduced The Star Awards at the beginning of 2018 to celebrate delivering excellent customer experience. The annual programme rewards both Legal and Corporate colleagues on a quarterly basis. Our Legal Champion is selected from Lawyers and Executives who have had the best feedback from client satisfaction surveys, client compliments, referrers and online reviews.
