Coronavirus Update: 21st December 2020
Following the announcement in relation to the latest tier restrictions across the nation, we wanted to provide you with an update on how we are operating here at the Taylor Rose Group (Taylor Rose TTKW & MW Solicitors).
We are pleased to be able to continue business as usual at this time and many of our staff are working from home.
Since the recent updates affecting the tiers across the nation, we have implemented further measures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients during this uncertain time.
We consider the health of our clients, staff and communities to be vital and will continue to take measures to keep everyone safe whilst upholding our excellent level of service across the business.
Remote working – Many of our lawyers work remotely on a regular basis and are familiar with the practicalities of working from home. Since both the first and second national lockdowns, a majority of our staff have adapted to working from home and will continue to do so where necessary.
Offices – Whilst our offices are open, walk-in visitors will not be admitted to any of our office locations.
Meetings - For both our client and staff members safety, we will only be allowing those clients who have pre-arranged appointments to enter the offices. We have continued to request that our staff try to attend meetings remotely. This can be achieved via either a telephone or video conference call. However, we do recognise that this cannot always be possible. Should you have any concerns, please contact your case handler directly.
