Coronavirus Update: 5th January 2021

Tue 5 January 2021 Coronavirus Update: 5th January 2021

Following the most recent announcement made on the 4th January 2021, and with the nation once again in Lockdown, we wanted to provide you with an update once more on how we are operating at the Taylor Rose Group (Taylor Rose TTKW & MW Solicitors).

We are able incredibly lucky to be able to continue with business as usual.

Many of our staff have worked from home since the first lockdown in March 2020 and we have urged them (in conjunction with government guidance) to continue to do so.

The health of our clients, staff and community is essential. We have already implemented measures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients during this time and will continue down this path whilst maintaining our promise to deliver an excellent level of services.

Remote Working – Many of our staff have worked remotely and are familiar with the practicalities of working from home regularly. A majority of our staff have begun working from home once again and will continue to do so where necessary.

Offices – Despite remaining operational, all of our offices do remain closed to walk in visitors.

Meetings – We have continued to advise that meetings should be conducted remotely via video or telephone calls. We recognise that this is sometimes not possible in which case we would direct you to speak to your case handler directly to express any concerns. Only those who have pre-arranged appointments will be able to enter the offices.

Our staff can be contactable on their usual telephone number and email address. We have invested heavily in our infrastructure over the years. As shown by the initial lockdown earlier this year, our robust remote working practices allows our teams to be fully operational with minimum impact on the service which we provide to clients.

The Taylor Rose team would like to thank clients for their continued support and understanding. We all have the responsibility to protect each other from this virus. Even though some of us will only be mildly affected by the virus, we do need to think of those that may be severely affected.

We will continue to follow the Government and NHS guidance and update our policy as required.
